Adrienne Pennington, MSN, FNP-C

Nurse Injector

Adrienne is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner whose passion for aesthetics is rooted in both medical expertise and artistic precision. She began her nursing career as a critical care cardiac nurse at Vanderbilt University Medical Center before earning her Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University.

With more than six years of injecting experience, Adrienne is committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes and continues to refine her expertise through advanced training with internationally recognized injectors including Julie Horne and Shelby Miller. She believes beautiful results begin with healthy skin and a thoughtful, individualized treatment plan. By combining evidence-based medicine with a conservative aesthetic approach, Adrienne develops customized treatment plans that improve skin quality, restore facial balance, and deliver natural-looking results that enhance rather than change each patient’s unique features.

Emily Findley, BSN, RN, CANS

Nurse Injector

With more than 10 years of experience as a nurse injector, Emily is passionate about helping patients achieve natural, refreshed results through thoughtful, individualized aesthetic care. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Auburn University before completing her nursing degree at Bevill State Community College. In 2017, she became a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS), an advanced credential recognizing expertise in facial anatomy, neuromodulators, dermal fillers, lasers, and medical-grade skincare.

As a National Trainer for Revance Aesthetics, Emily has educated providers across the country while continually advancing her own expertise through training in Switzerland, California, and New York with internationally recognized aesthetic leaders including Lee Walker, Sebastian Cotofana, and Arthur Swift. Her meticulous technique, artistic eye, and commitment to continuing education allow her to create balanced, refined results that enhance each patient’s natural features without looking overdone.

Taylor Witkowski

Licensed Esthetician

Taylor is dedicated to creating an experience where patients feel both cared for and confident in their skin. After completing her aesthetics education at Aveda Institute in Franklin, Tennessee, she developed a passion for combining relaxing, restorative treatments with results-driven skincare.

Known for her gentle touch and calming presence, Taylor provides customized facials, medical-grade skincare treatments, lash services, and personalized skincare recommendations designed around each patient’s individual goals. She believes every appointment should leave patients feeling refreshed, relaxed, and empowered with healthier skin.

Alexus Siharath

Licensed Esthetician

With more than six years of experience in aesthetics, Alexus is passionate about helping patients build healthy, confident skin through thoughtful treatment plans and consistent skincare habits. After completing her aesthetics education at the Aveda Institute, she continued to advance her expertise as a Sciton Certified provider and ZO Skin Health Specialist. She believes lasting results come from combining professional treatments with customized medical-grade home care.

Alexus specializes in microneedling with regenerative therapies such as PRP and Ariessence, as well as HydraFacial, Moxi laser treatments, and corrective skincare for concerns including acne, pigmentation, uneven texture, and signs of aging. She enjoys partnering with patients throughout their skincare journey, creating individualized treatment plans that deliver meaningful, long-term improvement while supporting healthy, radiant skin.

Bailey Bruce, MSN, FNP-C

Nurse Injector & Wellness Specialist

Bailey is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 10 years of clinical experience, including nearly three years specializing in aesthetics and plastic surgery. She earned her nursing degree from Arkansas State University and combines aesthetic medicine with evidence-based wellness to help patients feel as good as they look.

Her expertise includes neuromodulators, dermal fillers, laser treatments, medically managed weight loss, hormone optimization, and regenerative therapies. Bailey is particularly passionate about facial balancing and creating natural, harmonious results that complement each patient’s unique features. She believes lasting confidence begins from the inside out and takes a comprehensive approach to helping patients achieve both aesthetic and wellness goals.

Heather Happy

Licensed Esthetician & Laser Specialist

Heather brings a unique blend of medical expertise and advanced aesthetic training to every patient she treats. Before transitioning into aesthetics, she spent more than 20 years in the medical field specializing in CT, MRI, and X-ray technology, developing an extensive understanding of anatomy, patient care, and medical imaging. After completing her aesthetics education at the Aveda Institute, Heather combined her medical background with a passion for skin health and advanced laser technology.

Today, Heather serves on Faculty at Revance as a SkinPen Educator and is a National Trainer and Speaker for Sciton. She is also a Connect Certified Master Hydrafacialist. Heather specializes in comprehensive skin transformation by thoughtfully combining multiple treatment modalities, with particular expertise in advanced laser and light-based technologies including BBL, BBL HEROic, Moxi, Halo, and Halo Tribrid, as well as SkinPen microneedling, HydraFacial, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and customized skincare programs.

By combining advanced technology with thoughtful education and individualized care, she creates customized treatment plans that deliver meaningful, lasting improvements and help patients feel confident in their skin for years to come.
