MEET THE TEAM

Adrienne Pennington, MSN, FNP-C

Nurse Injector

Adrienne’s work at Stages Skin Studio is the culmination of her aesthetic passion, education and expertise. A board certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Adrienne began her nursing career at Vanderbilt University Medical Center as a critical care cardiac RN, then graduated with her Master’s in Nursing from Vanderbilt University in 2012.

Through years of experience, study, and training with world-renowned injectors, Adrienne has curated a menu of highly effective treatments. Her philosophy is that skin health is multi-faceted and thoughtfully created one step at a time.

Emily Findley, BSN, RN, CANS

Nurse Injector

With 10 years of experience as a nurse injector, Emily has a passion for making clients look and feel their best. Emily received her Bachelor’s degree from Auburn University in 2008 and her Nursing Degree from Bevill State Community College in 2012. Emily earned her Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) certification in 2017 which enhanced her knowledge of neurotoxins, dermal fillers, lasers and skincare.

As a national trainer for Revance Aesthetics, Emily has not only trained with some of the world’s most respected providers, she shares her knowledge while helping other injectors refine their skills and technique.

Taylor Witkowski

Licensed Medical Aesthetician

Taylor joins us after completing her aesthetic education from Aveda in Franklin, TN. Taylor’s gentle demeanor and attentive care provide clients with relaxing facial and lash treatments. Taylor provides her clients with medical grade treatments in a soothing environment to set them at ease.

Alexus Siharath

Licensed Medical Aesthetician

As a ZO Skin Specialist, Alexus believes the key to glowing skin is regular office treatments partnered with tailored at-home care. Alexus’s favorite procedure is Microneedling with regenerative add-ons such as PRP, Ariessence or Skinvive.

Molly Hermiz

Office Manager

With over 15 years in luxury beauty and aesthetics management, Molly brings her love for people and aesthetics to her work at Stages. A graduate from the University of Michigan with a background in team leadership, operations and business development, she is dedicated to creating seamless, results-driven experiences for clients by ensuring Stages’ best in class providers have the latest advancements in medical aesthetics at their fingertips.

With a background in sales and Pilates instruction, Shaena creates a welcoming environment for every client who comes to Stages. With a passion for health and wellness, she combines exceptional service with a personal touch to ensure every client feels valued and informed.
